Excesses

  • 租金損失 :扣除按金 / 首2星期租金 (以較高者為準)

  • 法律費用及支出 :HK$3,000 / 10%
  • 業主第三者責任:HK$3,000 / 10%

Annual Claims Maximum Amount

  • 本計劃的每項賠償總額以保單生效日期每12個月為一年度計算
